Coordination of Supports - Level 2
This support will help you to understand and utilise your NDIS plan by supporting you to maintain relationships, manage supports, live more independently, and be involved in your community.
Specialist Support Coordination - Level 3
This is a higher level of Support Coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support.
